Skills Support
Project Administrator - Maria Davie Skills Support for Redundancy is a Government in initiative to provide help to those people threatened by redundancy or who have been unemployed for less than 6 months. Skills Support for the Unemployed provides help for the medium term unemployed (up to a year) who are on active benefits (JSA or ESA). Support includes, CV writing, job searching, application forms (paper and on-line), interview techniques and preparation, Internet access, on-going mentoring and a range of vocational training courses. |

Advisor - Sarah Barton Work Programme is a Government initiative to provide support for people claiming Jobseeker/Employment and Support Allowances or Incapacity Benefit into sustainable jobs. It will help individuals to prepare and train for employment and find and retain jobs suitable to their circumstances and abilities. As a coherent package of support for people out of work, it will help jobseekers regardless of the barriers they face or the benefits they claim. |

Internet
providing
access
to
Pathfinders on-line resources, information on the local labour market,
