E-mail set-up and support in completing on-line application forms.

Identifying skills and interests using ‘Adult Directions’, and careers guidance.

Local labour market information.

CV preparation and writing.

Training in ICT including Computer Literacy & Information Technology and the European Computer Driving Licence.

Numeracy and Literacy certification up to Level 2 (GCSE grade C equivalent).

Help with completing application forms, letters of application and speculative letters.

Introductions to employers.

Interview preparation.

Up to 52 weeks of in work support.

Volunteer placements via partner organisations. 

NVQs in Customer Service or Business Administration.

CSCS training and certification for those wishing to work in the building trade.

Food Hygiene certification.

Small group support sessions.

Referrals to independent Occupational Therapists.
